I knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all legal rights, statements or brings about of action of any type in any way arising away from my utilization of Legion’s companies and/or items, and I hereby release and keep harmless Legion and its consultants, officers, contractors, brokers, h
